I needed a change after having 2 kids in the past 3.5 years and really wanted to increase my strength and fitness. Each time I arrive at the gym for my workout, I&rsquo;m excited and motivated to work hard and really push myself out of my comfort zone. Then when I reach about 10-15 minutes of intense effort&#8230;my mind tries to get in the way. &ldquo;Ugh..This is SO hard. What time is it? Am I almost done? My legs are burning. Will I be able to finish?&rdquo; It&rsquo;s amazing how my mind can play tricks on me! I know in order to get the results I am seeking I need to push through those challenging moments and get to the end. Because at the end I will feel that rush of accomplishment and will go through the rest of my day feeling energized and productive. </span><o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%;"><font color="#000000"><font face="Plantagenet Cherokee">Isn&rsquo;t that the way life is, though? When you start care, you are excited about the possibilities. It is so easy to feel optimistic when things are beautiful and easy. Many patients feel hopeful and doubt doesn&rsquo;t really come into play. But, then a hurdle comes. Maybe you start to have a strange pain in an area you didn&rsquo;t even have before you started getting adjustments! Maybe you are not getting results as fast as you would like. That is when it gets hard. Your mind starts to tell you that maybe the body can&rsquo;t heal like we have been explaining to you. Maybe I will never get rid of this problem. Maybe I should just stop care? </font></font></span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 11pt;"><font color="#000000"><font face="Plantagenet Cherokee"><o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>

If you can just trust in your body&rsquo;s awesome power and push through the hard stuff, there will be a greater reward for you in your life. When you have better connection between your brain and your body, you are more equipped to deal with the hurdles and the hills. <p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Read of a man who stood to speak </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">At the funeral of a friend.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">He referred to the dates on her tombstone From the beginning&#8230; to the end. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">He noted that first came her date of birth And spoke the following date with tears, </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">But he said what mattered most of all </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Was the dash between those years. (1934-1998) </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">For that dash represents all the time </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">That she spent alive on earth&#8230; </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">And now only those who loved her </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Know what that little line is worth. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">For it matters not, how much we own; </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The cars&#8230; the house&#8230; the cash, </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">What matters is how we live and love </span></span></p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p align="LEFT"><font size="4">Raising naturally healthy children isn&rsquo;t just about giving them a vitamin with breakfast. It&rsquo;s about creating a lifestyle that promotes and sustains health for all. </font></p>
<p><font size="4">(For those of you reading this that do not have children, feel free to share this with friends and loved ones who do.) </font></p>
<p><font size="4">There are many important elements of a naturally healthy lifestyle. In order to live a natural life with your kids, it pretty much has to be a choice for the entire family. That means, for example, you really can&rsquo;t expect your kids to eat one way while you eat another. That won&rsquo;t work, especially as your kids get older. If the kids see you avoiding those brussel sprouts or carrots, they will grow up thinking they don&rsquo;t like those foods too. So, by the whole family eating a balanced diet of natural, organic, whole foods, you are providing your children with one part of the foundation for future health. </font></p>
<p><font size="4">Here are a few simple ways to enhance your family&rsquo;s health and well-being: </font></p>
<p><font size="4">1) Have each of your kids checked for spinal subluxations, the number one cause of early degeneration or breakdown of the spine. True health for a lifetime is achieved through optimum function of the nervous system. Make sure your children have the opportunity to maximize their lives and fulfill their potential. If it&rsquo;s important for you to get adjusted regularly, don&rsquo;t your children deserve the same? </font></p>
<p><font size="4">2) Take the time to cook meals from scratch at home, and eat as a family at the dinner table. Get the kids involved in preparing meals, and they&rsquo;ll enjoy what they are eating more. </font></p>
<p><font size="4">3) Get as much fresh air as possible. Go to a nearby park to breathe, move, and play. </font></p>
<p><font size="4">4) Encourage the healthy expression of feelings. Make time to talk and interact rather than plugging into the television, computer, and video games. </font></p>
<p><font size="4">Ultimately, giving our kids the philosophical basis of a naturally healthy lifestyle is as much an act of necessity as it is an act of love. </font></p>
