Dr. Pierre Paradis attended the University of Ottawa and completed his Bachelor of Science Degree through the Palmer College University System in Davenport, Iowa.  He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2003. 

Dr. Erin McLaughlin received her Bachelor of Science degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in her hometown of St. John's. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004.

They are both Certified Maximized Living Mentors and are co-owners of Hazeldean Family Chiropractic Clinic in Kanata, which has won the Kanata Kourier-Standard Reader’s Choice award for 2009, 2010, 2011, as well as the Ottawa West Magazine Reader’s Choice Award for 2011.
